和谐社会是我国社会发展的必然趋势,而和谐劳动关系是和谐社会构建的一个重要组成部分。是社会主义和谐社会公平、正义理念的重要体现。在当前,随着社会的发展和经济体制的改革,和谐劳动关系这一理念再次受到重视,它在与企业人力资源管理具有非常重要的影响。本文就和谐劳动关系建立对企业人力资源管理的调整这一问题做深入探讨。
A harmonious society is the inevitable trend of social development in our country, and harmonious labor relations is an important part of building a harmonious society.
