复发性口腔溃疡是口腔科的常见病及多发病,治疗除全身用药外,局部用药十分重要。目前临床上使用的局部药物多为激素类或中药制剂,至今尚无生物制品。我们在临床上试用以DNA重组技术和酵母表达系统表达的表皮生长因子(简称EGF)治疗复发性口腔溃疡,收到了显著的效果,介绍如下。临床资料复发性口腔溃疡患者共18例,其中男性5例,女性13例,病程1～20年,发病周期1～3个月。愈合时间10天左右7例,2周左右8例,20天左右的2例,1个月者1例。根据溃疡的类型,大
Recurrent oral ulcer is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease, the treatment of systemic medication, the topical medication is very important. At present, most of the topical drugs used clinically are hormones or traditional Chinese medicine preparations, so far there are no biological products. We have clinically tested epidermal growth factor (EGF) expressed by recombinant DNA technology and yeast expression system for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer and have received significant results, as described below.
