职业院校的人才培养目标是将学生培养成技能型人才,因此,职业教育更强调对学生职业技能的培养,但是对学生职业意识教育有所忽视。在对职业意识内涵进行阐述的基础上,对职业院校学生职业意识存在现状及问题做出分析,并根据分析结果,给出相关解决对策,以此来引导学生增强职业意识。
Therefore, the vocational education emphasizes the cultivation of students’ vocational skills, but ignores the vocational awareness education of students. On the basis of expatiating on the connotation of professional consciousness, this paper analyzes the existing status and problems of vocational consciousness of vocational college students, and gives relevant solutions according to the analysis results so as to guide students to enhance their professional awareness.
