近段时间。不少集邮报刊都介绍过预印在信封上的退件标志,这些退件标志的载体既有纸质的、塑料的,也有用纸与塑料混合制作的。印有这些退件标志的信封有两个特征:一是退件标志都预印在信封正面的左下部;二是信封内容都是商业信函。
Recently time.
