随着社会的不断发展,各项事业的不断进步。数据信息的量也在不断的加大,只有将数据进行有效的编辑处理,将档案进行合理的归整保存,才能使得信息能够被有效的选择与运用。由于现在数据信息数量庞大,相应的档案管理人员需要具备相应的专业素质,才能保证信息数据管理出现错误的几率降低。为此,本文就档案人员在信息化建设中的素质的提高提出一些见解,为我国的信息化建设提供经验。
With the continuous development of society, the continuous improvement of various undertakings. The amount of data and information is also constantly increasing. Only when the data is effectively edited and stored, can the information be effectively selected and applied. Due to the large amount of data and information, the corresponding file managers need to have the appropriate professional qualities to ensure that the probability of mistakes in information and data management is reduced. For this reason, this article puts forward some opinions on the improvement of archivists’ quality in information construction and provides experience for our country’s informatization construction.
