邓小平南巡之后,掀起了一股“深圳热”,一股遍及全国各地的改革开放热。深圳街头,更是人头涌涌,参观考察者、投资贸易者、旅游观光者每天川流不息,络绎不绝。深圳的经济在发展,深圳的改革在升温,股票热、房地产热、外商投资热……“热浪”逼人。当前深圳的发展,犹如一列火车在较平缓地行驶了一段之后突然加快速度,呼啸着飞驰向前。这是令人高兴的形势,是对邓小平关于要搞快一点的指示的呼应。我们要为这种形势鼓掌欢呼,喝彩叫好! 在这种形势下,深圳市委、市政府保持了清醒的头脑,一方面加快改革开放步伐,推出许多新方案、新措施,另一方面又坚持实事求是的作风,扎扎实实做好各项工作,警惕骄傲自满情绪和浮夸不实的作风。市政府派出许多考察参观团,到内地访问、学习,努力把别人的长处和深圳的优势结合起来,以增强深圳经济的活力,把自己的工作做得更快更好。本期“专稿”中发表了常务副市长王众孚的文章和唐火照等同志撰写的有关顺德与宝安经济比较的考察报告,都值得一读。
After Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour, a wave of “Shenzhen fever” and a fever of reform and opening up all over the country were set off. Under such circumstances, the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government have maintained a clear-cut mind. On the one hand, they have accelerated the pace of reform and opening up, introduced many new programs and measures, and on the other hand they insisted on seeking truth from facts Work in a down-to-earth manner and be vigilant of pride and complacency and a pompous style. The municipal government dispatched many study tour groups to visit and study in the Mainland and tried hard to combine the strengths of other people with the advantages of Shenzhen so as to enhance the vitality of Shenzhen’s economy and make its own work faster and better.
