A survey sponsored by the Union of United National Health Professions shows that emerging technologies can reduce the economic and emotional burden of home-based caregivers. The report said that more than two-thirds of home healthcare network-connected households already use some sort of technology to help them care for their patients and believe Web-based and mobile technologies will help them.
