河北省冶金局于今年三月召开了赞皇县、沙河县小选厂现场会。来自河北省和十五个省、自治区的有关单位的代表参加了会议。这次会议是在抓纲治国,各行各业走向大治的大好形势下召开的。贯彻精料方针,大力发展精矿粉生产,已成为当前小钢铁、小有色金属生产建设中的关键问题。实践证明,自力更生建设小选厂生产精矿,可以降低焦炭消耗,减少运输量,提高炼铁生产能力,降低生产成本,充分利用矿产资源。不但为县社办选矿和开发利用贫矿开辟了道路,而且为实现农业机械化,促进农业大上积累了资金。河北省冶金局适时地总结和交流了赞皇县、沙河县贯彻精料方针,自力更生建小选厂的经验,是很好的。与会代表通过看、听、议,一致认为赞皇县、沙河县的经验很好。本刊现将他们在会议上的发言摘要发表如下。
Hebei Metallurgical Bureau held in Zanhuang County in March this year, Shahe County, a small factory site will be. Implementing the principle of fine material, vigorously develop the production of concentrate powder, has become the current small steel, non-ferrous metal production and construction of the key issues. Practice has proved that self-reliance construction of small concentrator production of concentrate, can reduce coke consumption, reduce the volume of transportation, improve iron production capacity, reduce production costs and make full use of mineral resources. It not only opens the way for beneficiation and development and utilization of lean ore by the county office, but also accumulates funds for the realization of agricultural mechanization and the promotion of agriculture. Hebei Metallurgical Bureau timely summarized and exchanged Zanhuang County, Shahe implement the principle of fine materials, self-reliance on the experience of building small plant, is very good.
