1前言近年来,我国艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者人数逐年递增,艾滋病疫情正在从高危人群向一般人群扩散,形势十分严峻。艾滋病已经开始侵袭高校大学生,高校艾滋病病毒的感染人数呈快速上升趋势,这一形势已引起国家和社会的广泛关注。男男性行为已成为大学生感染的主要途径,这些新情况、新问题对高校艾滋病防控工作提出了新的挑战和新的思考。面向广大学生群体的艾滋病常规的宣传教育已不是治本之策,远远不能适应新形势下高校防控艾滋病的需求。
1 Introduction In recent years, the number of people living with HIV and AIDS in our country has been increasing year by year. The AIDS epidemic is spreading from the high-risk population to the general population. The situation is very grim. AIDS has begun to invade college students, and the number of HIV infections in universities has risen rapidly. This situation has drawn wide attention from the state and society. Men’s and men’s sexual behaviors have become the main ways of college students’ infection. These new and new problems have brought new challenges and new thinking to AIDS prevention and control in colleges and universities. Awareness-raising and routine education on HIV / AIDS for the general student population is no longer the solution at all. It is far from meeting the needs of AIDS prevention and control in universities and colleges in the new situation.
