目的探寻能改善较接近人类动物恒河猴实验性脑血栓微流变改善的中药制剂。方法以建成的脑血栓猴子模型(以Bederson法判定),用中药制剂灌胃(羌活、石菖蒲等水煎剂,10g/kg/d,共 7d).观察血流变,生化,血液学等指标。结果治疗组全血粘度高切、中切、低切,胆固醇明显低于对照组(P<0.01),红细胞电泳时间也低于对照组(P<0.05)。全血浆粘度、生化指标、血液学指标等无明显差异。结论羌活、石菖蒲等水煎剂能明显降低全血粘度,能降脂,改善血液流变状况,改善脑组织的血液循环,对实验性脑血栓有一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine preparations that can improve micro cerebral rheology in experimental monkeys that are closer to human animals. Methods A monkey model of cerebral thrombosis was established (determined by Bederson’s method), and traditional Chinese medicine preparations were given to the stomach (decoction of Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali, 10 g/kg/d for 7 days). Observation of blood rheology, biochemistry, hematology and other indicators. Results The blood viscosity of the treatment group was high, medium and low. The cholesterol level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The electrophoresis time of red blood cells was also lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in plasma viscosity, biochemical parameters, and hematological parameters. Conclusion The decoctions such as Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali can significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood, reduce lipids, improve the state of blood rheology, improve the blood circulation of brain tissue, and have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental cerebral thrombosis.
