本文报告气相色谱法测定灭鼠剂中溴联苯杀鼠醚,通过多次实验和色谱分析条件的选择,建立的方法操作简便、结果准确,回收率96~98%;变异系数6.9%;样品最低检出浓度5mg/kg,完全能满足该灭鼠剂检测工作需要。
In this paper, the determination of bromoxynil in rodenticides by gas chromatography was reported. The method was simple and convenient with many experiments and chromatographic conditions.
