Objective: To observe the effect of ureteroscopy on vesicoureteral reflux and explore its mechanism. Methods: 152 patients undergoing ureteroscopic surgery were selected. Preoperative and postoperative urinary cystography were performed. The first postoperative examination was performed on the day after the double J tube was removed. If reflux was found, after 3 to 6 months Check again. Results: All the 152 patients had no vesicoureteric reflux before operation. Bladder imaging was performed on the day after double J tube removal 3 to 5 weeks after operation. Grade Ⅰ reflux occurred in 1 case and returned to normal after 5 months. Conclusions: Ureteral reflux may occur in the early stage after ureteroscopy, but the incidence is very low and to a lesser degree. The multiple surgery into the mirror will not increase the incidence of postoperative reflux; bladder imaging should not be used as routine follow-up examination project.
