氘代乙醛( C D3 C D O)是合成惯性约束聚变( I C F)固体靶材料氘代聚苯乙烯( D P S)的重要中间体之一。以电石( Ca C2)及重水( D2 O)为原料,经多步液固、气液化学反应,合成氘代率达992 %的氘代乙醛。介绍了氘代乙醛的合成工艺及其氘代率的表征方法,并对主要合成工艺参数等进行了探讨。
Deuteroacetaldehyde (C D3 C D O) is one of the important intermediates in the synthesis of deuterated polystyrene (D P S), a solid target material for the synthesis of inertial confinement fusion (I C F). Calcium hydroxide (Ca C2) and heavy water (D2 O) as raw materials, the multi-step liquid solid, gas liquid chemical reactions, the synthesis of deuterated acetaldehyde deacidification rate of 99 2%. The synthesis process of deuterated acetaldehyde and its deuteration rate were introduced, and the main synthetic process parameters were also discussed.
