目的:作者以往曾经报告柴胡热水提取高分子组分具有免疫增强活性,此次为探讨柴胡热水提取高分子组分活性本体,进行分离,比较了它们的物性及免疫增强活性。
OBJECTIVE: The author has previously reported that the extraction of macromolecules from hot water extract of Bupleurum chinense has an immunopotentiating activity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the active bulk of macromolecule components extracted from Radix Bupleuri, and to compare their physical and immunoenhancing activities.
