患者张氏,女,72岁。1985年6月25日来我院就诊。主诉:突然寒颤、高热、头痛、全身酸痛、呕吐、心慌反复发作8年余。现病史:患者8年前首次出现上述症状,化验血象高,疟原虫检查(-),后经青霉素、链霉素抗炎和对症治疗4日痊愈出院。但之后每年均有不定期的与季节无明显关系的类似症状出现。每次发作持续4～5天。数家医院诊治,多以上感、败血症、疟疾或发热待
Patient Zhang, female, 72 years old. June 25, 1985 came to our hospital.
