本文选择经追踪观察最后确诊为冠心病的100例患者的临床资料,用中医四诊方法分析整理,探讨中医诊断冠心病的问题。100例患者男:女为2.3:1。发病年龄40～60岁者占77%。伴有高血压者61%。心电图均不正常。红赤和紫暗舌或兼有瘀斑占59%,淡紫而胖舌41%。面色灰暗不华占59%。发作性胸痛占93%。多汗、失眠各占61%及65%。
In this paper, the clinical data of 100 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by follow-up were selected and analyzed by TCM four diagnostic methods to explore the TCM diagnosis of coronary heart disease. 100 patients male: female 2.3: 1. The age of onset 40 to 60 years accounted for 77%. 61% with hypertension. ECG are not normal. Red and purple dark tongue or ecchymosis accounting for 59%, pale purple and fat tongue 41%. 59% looking dark gray. Panic chest pain accounted for 93%. Hyperhidrosis, insomnia, each accounted for 61% and 65%.
