在信息闭塞、教学条件落后、教师老龄化、师资结构不配套、教师紧缺的农村中小学校,教师继续教育显得尤为重要。如何让农村教师专业素质得到提高,促进教育教学,笔者认为必须把教师继续教育工作做“实”。
In rural primary and secondary schools where information is obstructed, teaching conditions are backward, teachers are aging, teachers’ structures are not matched, and teachers are in short supply, continuing education of teachers is particularly important. How to improve the professional quality of rural teachers and promote education and teaching, the author believes that teachers must continue to do the work of “real”.
