中国经济的三大转折 朱总理的政府工作报告全面回顾了五年来的经济工作,对此陈淮认为,自1998年以来,我国的经济发展经历了三方面大的转折: ——在总量关系上,从短缺转变为相对过剩。供大于求的失衡成为供求关系的常态。经济发展的主要障碍从生产领域、供给领域转移到了需求领域、消费领域。这种变化是我们从未遇到过的。
Three Turning Points for China’s Economy Zhu’s report on the work of the government comprehensively reviewed the past five years of economic work. Chen Huai believes that since 1998, China’s economic development has undergone three major turning points: - In the aggregate relations , From a shortage to a relative surplus. The imbalance of oversupply has become the norm of the relationship between supply and demand. The major obstacles to economic development have shifted from the production and supply sectors to the demand and consumption sectors. This change is something we have never encountered before.
