本文介绍悉尼歌剧院停车站构筑大型圆环形峒室顶板一次支护的设计方法。峒室建造在悉尼皇家植物园下,有7m岩石覆盖,基于控制沿顶板层理的水平剪切移动,岩石加固的设计用全灌浆销钉与Macalloy筋相结合,设计研究中使用线性拱型分析和非线性接缝有限元分析结合,以及在剪切变形下由全灌浆锚杆提供的抗剪力分析。
This article describes the design method of the primary support for the construction of a large circular-ring chamber roof at the parking station of the Sydney Opera House. The chamber was built under the Sydney Royal Botanic Garden and covered with 7m of rock. Based on the control of horizontal shear movement along the roof slab, the design of the rock reinforcement was combined with Macalloy bars using full grouting pins. Linear arch analysis and non-linear analysis were used in design studies. The combination of finite element analysis of linear joints and the analysis of shear resistance provided by fully grouted bolts under shear deformation.
