红军的政治教育制度的形成始于其在江西的历史实践 ,而其初创则是对南昌起义 ,秋收起义、广州起义的反思与总结。在军队建设中 ,强调党的领导作用 ,提倡民主主义 ,重视政治训练成为政治教育制度建设的主要内容 ,它的形成保证了红军的革命精神 ,使红军成为革命的熔炉和民众运动的酵母 ,因此可以说政治教育制度是红军力量的源泉。
The formation of the political education system of the Red Army began with its historical practice in Jiangxi Province. Its start-up was the reflection and conclusion of the Nanchang Uprising, the Autumn Harvest Uprising and the Guangzhou Uprising. In army building, stressing the leading role of the party, advocating democracy and attaching importance to political training have become the major contents of the construction of political education system. Its formation has guaranteed the revolutionary spirit of the Red Army and made the Red Army the yeast of the revolutionary furnace and the popular movement. It can be said that the political education system is a source of strength for the Red Army.
