近几年,随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,工程监理单位及人员也在迅速扩张。而施工技术与建筑工程质量之间是密不可分的,而工程监理人员是对施工技术科学、规范执行的有效保障,因此,工程监理与施工技术之间是相辅相成的、缺一不可。本文从工程监理及施工技术的内涵入手,分析了当前建筑工程监理的现状及存在问题,从提高工程监理人员素质、优化施工技术,以及两者在进度、质量上的协调、配合等方面提出建筑工程监理与施工技术之间相互促进的方法。
In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s construction industry, project supervision units and personnel are also rapidly expanding.
