我国农村医疗保障问题已经不仅仅是一个社会公平或道义的问题,更是一个需要重视的经济和社会问题。中共中央及国务院从2003年起开始倡导在农村进行新型农村合作医疗制度的试点,近几年取得了可喜的成绩。但新型农村合作医疗制度在设计上存在一些缺陷,目前全国各地参合率仍不稳定,文章将对我国新型农村合作医疗制度进行分析并对其持续发展的对策进行深入研究。
The issue of rural medical security in our country has become more than just a issue of social fairness or morality. It is even more an economic and social issue that needs attention. Since 2003, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have initiated the pilot project of carrying out the new rural cooperative medical system in rural areas and made gratifying achievements in recent years. However, there are some shortcomings in the design of the new rural cooperative medical system. At present, the participation rate in various parts of the country is still not stable. The article will analyze the new rural cooperative medical system in our country and conduct an in-depth study on the countermeasures for its sustainable development.
