目的:研究分析微波和常规西药联合治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法:根据我院接收的56例慢性宫颈炎患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和治疗组,两组均为28例患者,对照组患者采取微波治疗仪治疗,治疗组患者使用微波治疗仪和银尔洁联合治疗,对患者接受治疗后的效果,复发率和各项指标进行比较分析。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组患者的阴道出血时间以及分泌物出现时间比对照组短,结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05);对照组临床治疗有效率是82.14%,治疗组治疗有效率是96.42%,结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05);对照组的临床复发率是10.71%,治疗组的临床复发率是3.57%,两组结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论:慢性宫颈炎患者接受西药和微波联合治疗的效果比较好,安全性更高,临床中可以推广使用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of microwave and conventional western medicine in treating chronic cervicitis. The clinical recurrence rate was 10.71% in the control group and 3.57% in the treatment group. The results of the two groups showed statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic cervicitis patients receiving western medicine and microwave is better, more safe and can be widely used in clinic.
