国家海洋局第二海洋研究所承担的浙江近海上升流专题调查任务已于1983年1月顺利完成。 这项任务的调查范围为北纬27°30′—29°30′,东经124°以西区域,恰好包括鱼山、温台两大渔场。海上调查从1980年7月至1983年1月,历时近3年。在整个调查期间,分别进行了夏、秋、冬3个季节、5个航次的水文、化学、生物等多学科、多项目的综合性观测,为研究浙江近海区域的上升
