高校培养综合素质高的人才,是全社会的共同呼声。本文通过对高职院校人才培养模式与大学生社会实践的基本解读和两者之间的关系分析,论述了大学生社会实践与人才培养模式创新的特殊关系,并结合实际,提出了当前为创新高职教育人才培养模式,进一步加强和改进大学生社会实践的对策。
It is the common call of the whole society to train talented personnel of high comprehensive quality in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the basic training mode of college students and the social practice of college students and the analysis of the relationship between the two, this paper discusses the special relationship between college students’ social practice and the innovation of personnel training mode.
