高职英语教师在课堂的有效管理是指在课堂的规定时间内,提高教师知识量和学生认知,识记和应运的能力。借鉴英国的课堂有效管理,反思我国高职院校英语课堂管理存在的问题,及时调整自己的教学行为,不断的提高英语课堂教学质量。
The effective management of vocational English teachers in the classroom refers to the ability to improve teachers ’knowledge and students’ cognition, memorization and response within the prescribed time in the classroom. Learning from the effective management of English classrooms, we can reflect on the existing problems of English classroom management in higher vocational colleges in our country, adjust our teaching behavior in time and improve the English classroom teaching quality constantly.
