风湿性舞蹈病多见于5～15岁儿童,女性较多,在成年人中,主要见于孕妇。现报道一例中年男性风湿性偏身舞蹈病。男患,41岁,于1987年10月26日感右肩、肘膝关节酸痛,同侧肢体无力,伴低热,出汗。同年11月4日上午出现右面部抽搐,上下肢无规则的不自主运动,生活不能自理。无头痛、呕吐及大小便失禁。中午送我院。查体:T37.5℃,P84次,R22次,BP16.0/10.7kPa(120/80mmHg)。神情,语言不甚流利。颅神经未查出异常。右面部抽搐,眨眼,呶嘴,上下肢快而不自主的运动,右手不能持物,肌力和腱反射减弱,无感觉障碍。上述关节轻度肿胀和压痛。病理反射未引出。化验:Hb100(?)
Rheumatic chorea more common in children aged 5 to 15, more women, in adults, mainly seen in pregnant women. A case of middle-aged male rheumatic partial body chorea is now reported. Male suffering, 41 years old, on October 26, 1987 a sense of the right shoulder, elbow knee pain, ipsilateral limb weakness, with fever, sweating. The right side of the convulsions, blinking, pouting, upper and lower extremities involuntary exercise, right hand can not hold things, weakened muscle strength and tendon reflexes, no sensory disturbances. The joints are slightly swollen and tender. Pathological reflex did not lead. Laboratory: Hb100 (?)
