根据水电部的要求,为了对水电站大坝安全管理实现信息化,我们在IBMPC/XT微机上,用中西文DBASEⅢ建立了中国水电站特性数据库及管理系统。该系统由中国水电站特性数据库和管理系统(应用软件)两部分组成,能提供全国和各电网、各省市、各流域、各水系、各河流水电站的开发、建设、生产和管理的基本情况;能提供各水电站的基本特性和水文特性。对有关管理机关以及设计、科教部门都有一定的实用价值。
According to the requirements of MEW, in order to realize the informatization of dam safety management of hydropower stations, we set up the database and management system of hydropower stations in China on the IBMPC / XT microcomputer using Chinese and Western DBASE Ⅲ. This system is composed of characteristic database of China hydropower station and management system (application software), which can provide the basic information of the development, construction, production and management of the whole country, all power grids, provinces, cities, rivers, hydropower stations and rivers. Provide the basic characteristics and hydrological characteristics of each hydropower station. The relevant management agencies and design, science and education departments have a certain practical value.
