“留守儿童”已经成为农村小学学生的主体,隔代教育也已经成为农村家庭教育的主流形式。作为班主任如何正确地引导,用爱心、信心去浇灌,真正地做到有张有弛,使学生能在一个民主、温暖的班级氛围中学习、生活,将是考验班主任的关键。所以我认为,好的班级应建立在以下“四性”管理之上。一、班规班纪要体现科学性、民主性班级管理制度化、民主化。要建立科学、规范、民主的班级管理制度,制订班级行为规范细则。这些制度包括:奖惩制度,班会制度,周记日记制度,值日班长、组长负责制度,班长、组长定期评选
