一、课标为本,教材为主,考纲为辅,说明为次课程标准这一国家课程的基本纲领性文件,是教材编写、教学、评估和考试命题的依据,是国家管理和评价课程的基础,所以说课标是根本。在内容上它体现出国家对高中阶段的学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度与价值观等方面的基本要求,规定了各门课程的性质、目标、内容框架,提出教学和评价建议。课标是宏观抽象的,也是博大精深的,对于教学而言具有绝对的指导性意义。
