近几年来,我们把办公室的根本职能确定在为本级党委服务、为机关各部门和单位服务、为基层和人民群众服务的“三服务”上,把工作标准定在上级机关满意、本级党委和部门满意、基层和群众满意的“三满意”上,并以此制定目标制度管理,实施行为规范,取得了较为明显的成效。我们的主要体会是:一、强化服务意识,为“三服务”、“三满意”奠定牢靠的思想基础。我们始终把加强学习、加强教育、加强思想政治工作摆在首位,用邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装头脑,不为社会上的不正之风、消极因素所左右,不为“金钱至上”的思想所腐蚀,不为
