[目的 ]了解福建省人群血清中人微小病毒 B19的感染状况及其引起的疾病谱分布特点。 [方法 ]应用EL ISA方法检测血清中 Ig G、Ig M抗体。 [结果 ]检查由 B19病毒感染引起的相关症状疾病血清 B19- Ig G抗体阳性率48.8% ,非 B19病毒感染疾病病人血清阳性率 2 0 .7% ,两者比较χ2 =6 .36 ,P<0 .0 5。相关症状中以皮肤红斑阳性率最高 ,其次为再生障碍性贫血、关节炎、流产、畸胎等疾病。正常供血员阳性率 38.1%。检查人微小病毒 B19感染引起相关症状病人血清 Ig M抗体共 172份 ,仅从关节疼痛的患者中检出 1例阳性 ,另外有 7份可疑阳性 ;检查供血员血清 5 6份 ,可疑阳性 2份。 [结论 ]证实福建省人群中存在人微小病毒 B19感染 ,沿海与山区在地区分布上无差异 ,以皮肤红斑、再生障碍性贫血、关节炎等疾病中检出为多 ,在正常供血员血清中亦检出 B19病毒抗体
[Objective] To investigate the infection status of human parvovirus B19 in the population of Fujian Province and its distribution characteristics of disease spectrum. [Methods] Serum Ig G and Ig M antibodies were detected by ELISA. [Results] The positive rate of serum B19-Ig G antibody in patients with B19 virus infection was 48.8%, and the positive rate of serum in non-B19 virus infection patients was 20.7%, the difference was χ2 = 6.36, P < 0 .0 5. The highest prevalence of skin erythema was related to symptoms, followed by aplastic anemia, arthritis, abortion and teratogenic diseases. Normal blood donor positive rate of 38.1%. A total of 172 IgM antibodies against human parvovirus B19-associated patients were detected. One case was positive only from patients with joint pain, and another 7 were positive. Blood samples were screened for 56 serum samples and 2 suspicious positives . [Conclusion] It is confirmed that there is human parvovirus B19 infection among the population in Fujian Province. There is no difference in the distribution of coastal area and mountainous area in Fujian Province.
