目的探讨丹参酮滴耳液对耳部感染性疾病的治疗效果。方法选取慢性化脓性中耳炎和急性外耳道炎49例,随机分为2组,分别使用我院自制丹参酮滴耳液(实验组)及市售氧氟沙星(安利)滴耳液(对照组)治疗,3d为1个疗程,治疗前后行细菌培养,以病人症状减轻及细菌培养结果作为疗效判定标准。结果实验组总有效率为87.5%(28/32),对照组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),两组之间疗效无统计学差异。结论丹参酮滴耳液可以作为一种安全、新型、高效的滴耳剂应用于感染性耳部疾病的治疗,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tanshinone ear drops on the ear infectious diseases. Methods Forty-nine patients with chronic suppurative otitis media and acute otitis externa were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were treated with tanshinone ear drops (experimental group) and ofloxacin (Amway) ear drops (control group) , 3d for a course of treatment before and after treatment of bacterial culture to alleviate the symptoms of patients and bacterial culture as a criterion for efficacy. Results The total effective rate was 87.5% (28/32) in the experimental group and 93.3% (28/30) in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Tanshinone ear drops can be used as a safe, new and effective ear drops for the treatment of infectious ear diseases, and has good application prospects.
