瑜伽是什么?是一门哲学,是把人的注意力集中起来加以引导、运用和实践结合交融。真意即是从痛苦和悲伤中解脱。通过瑜伽体式,瑜伽习练者首先获得了健康,而不仅仅是生存,摆脱了身体上的限制和精神上的烦扰。大部分运动的呼吸都是短而急促的胸部呼吸,不能控制。只有瑜伽,将呼吸、体式、思想完美结合,从而达到身心的高度统一。人的痛苦来自于身心不能统一,心和脑不能统一,你的脑所要的不是你的心想
