目的:评价双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片与美洛西林联用对小儿感染性腹泻的临床疗效及其炎症因子指标的影响。方法:选取医院2015年3月—2017年2月间收治的小儿感染性腹泻患者46例,将其随机分为单一组与联用组(每组23例);单一组患儿给予美洛西林治疗,联用组患儿在单一组治疗基础上加用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,比较两组患儿用药后的大便次数与性状复常时间、大便止泻时间及其他症状痊愈时间,以及治疗总有效率与治疗前后炎症因子各指标值。结果:联用组患儿用药后大便次数与性状复常时间、及其他症状痊愈时间均明显优于单一组(P<0.05),患儿的治疗总有效率明显高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿的炎症介质指标值经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联用组患儿的炎症介质指标值明显低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片与美洛西林联用对小儿感染性腹泻的临床疗效优于单用美洛西林的疗效,加速了大便次数与性状的复常时间,以及大便复常时间及其他症状痊愈时间,改善了炎症因子各指标值。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Lactobacillus bifidosis combined with mezlocillin in the treatment of infantile infectious diarrhea and its influence on inflammatory cytokines. Methods: Forty-six children with infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into single group and combined group (23 cases in each group). The single group was given mezlocillin The treatment group and combination group were treated with Lactobacillus bifidum triple viable tablets on the basis of a single treatment group. The number of stools, trait recovery time, diarrhea time and other symptoms of the two groups were compared after treatment Time, and the total effective rate of treatment and treatment of inflammatory cytokines before and after the index value.
