陈景元是清代中期著名的满族诗人，被时人尊称为“辽东三老”或“辽东三高士”。他一生著述甚丰，特别是在诗作方面更有造诣，其著有《石闾诗》三十卷，《四库全书》、嘉庆皇帝赐名作序并御题书名的满族诗歌集《熙朝雅颂集》均有其诗作收录。但令人遗憾的是诗人的生卒年，至今仍为一谜。笔者偶然在一收藏家处见到了一册陈景元自书诗稿，弥足珍贵的是该诗册内外有陈景元的生辰八字押首印一方，从而为解决诗人的生身之谜提供了有力的证据。
