目的探讨山羊奶粉在牛奶蛋白过敏婴儿中的预防效果。方法选取诊断为牛奶蛋白过敏43例患儿为研究对象,采用山羊配方奶替代治疗6个月,比较治疗前后过敏症状、全血嗜酸细胞计数(EC)、血清总IgE(T IgE)、牛奶蛋白Ig E(CMP IgE)指标及1、6个月疗效。结果患儿治疗后瘙痒、便秘、腹泻、恶心呕吐、激惹及鼻涕等过敏临床症状发生率明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患儿EC、T IgE、CMP IgE水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月总有效率明显高于治疗后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论山羊奶粉治疗牛奶蛋白过敏婴幼儿可减轻过敏症状,降低过敏反应,经长期治疗可获得更明显效果。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of goat milk powder in milk protein allergy infants. Methods Forty-three children diagnosed as cow’s milk allergy were selected as experimental subjects and treated with goat formula replacement therapy for 6 months. The allergic symptoms, whole blood eosinophil count (EC), total serum IgE (T IgE), milk Protein Ig E (CMP IgE) and 1,6 months efficacy. Results The incidence of clinical symptoms such as pruritus, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, irritation and nasal discharge in children after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). EC, T IgE, (P <0.05). The total effective rate at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that at 1 month after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Goat milk powder allergy infant milk allergy can reduce symptoms and reduce allergic reactions, long-term treatment can be more pronounced effect.
