学校文化,是学校特色建设的软实力,也是学校品牌发展的核心竞争力。本文将校长定为学校文化建设与发展的引领者,在分析校长重视了解学校文化的内涵与特征的同时,着重剖析了当前校长忽视学校文化建设与发展的倾向性问题,并且阐述了加强学校文化建设与发展的策略与思考。
School culture, is the soft power of school construction, but also the core competitiveness of the school brand development. In this paper, the principal is regarded as the leader of the construction and development of school culture.
