Some people compare the test field to the sports field and the candidates to the athletes, and compare the test rules and the scoring rules to the sports rules, and compare the propositional and scoring personnel to the referees. This metaphor is not unreasonable. As candidates must follow the answer rules, as the proposition the person should understand the rules of the answer, according to the rules of the subject, so that the subjects to follow. The lack of standardized examinations on examination questions is just like the absence of regular sports. There is no rule for the testers to follow. It is difficult for the referees to judge the results correctly and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of selecting talents. As the state-level political entrance exam proposition, there should be more strict, scientific, and reasonable norms. However, in recent years, the political examination questions in the college entrance examination have been insufficiently standardized, and it has often been found that the right answer was judged to be wrong, and the wrong answer was judged to be right, resulting in a lot of “false positive or wrong” cases. To sum up the successes and failures in this area, and to strengthen the normative nature of the examination questions, it is imperative to reform and improve the political exam questions in the college entrance examination. Looking at the political exam questions in the college entrance examination in recent years,
