在经济全球化与一体化的背景下,各国的经济交往日益密切,关税壁垒在淡化的同时,也出现了新的特征,蓝色贸易壁垒随之出现,它的核心内容为劳工标准。当前,在国际上缺乏统一的劳工标准,此情况下,蓝色贸易壁垒不利于发展中国家对外贸易的可持续发展,其中对中国的影响最为显著。本文对蓝色贸易壁垒的贸易负效应及应对机制进行了研究,本文分析了蓝色贸易壁垒的概况,阐述了蓝色贸易壁垒的贸易负效应,同时也提出了具有针对性的应对机制,旨在保障我国对外贸易的稳定发展。
Under the background of economic globalization and integration, the economic exchanges between various countries are getting closer and closer. Tariff barriers also appear new features while the blue barriers to trade appear. Its core content is labor standards. At present, there is a lack of a unified labor standard in the world. In this case, blue trade barriers are not conducive to the sustainable development of foreign trade in developing countries, and the most significant impact on China. This paper studies the trade negative effect of blue trade barrier and its coping mechanism. This article analyzes the general situation of blue trade barrier, elaborates the trade negative effect of blue trade barrier, at the same time also puts forward the pertinence coping mechanism, In safeguarding the steady development of our country’s foreign trade.
