文化馆作为政府设立的综合性、公益性群众文化事业机构,担负着面向广大人民群众进行宣传教育、组织、辅导群众开展文化活动的职责。为了适应新形势下群众文化生活的多方面需要,促使工作人员的业务技能与修养要不断提升,尽可能地扩大队伍的知识领域,做好群众文化工作。
As a comprehensive and public welfare mass cultural institution set up by the government, the cultural center is charged with the duty of conducting publicity and education, organizing and counseling the masses to carry out cultural activities for the broad masses of the people. In order to meet the various needs of the mass cultural life under the new situation, it is imperative that the staff’s professional skills and accomplishments should be continuously improved, the team’s knowledge field should be expanded as much as possible and the mass cultural work should be properly carried out.
