从理论上对金属注射成形喂料的流变学性能进行分析发现,评价MIM喂料流变学性能的主要指标是喂料的粘度及粘度对应变和温度的敏感性,这些指标可统一用MIM喂料综合流变学因子进行评价。运用该评价因子研究了几种不同粘结剂组成的Fe-Ni及W-Ni-Fe合金喂料的流变学性能。
The theoretical analysis of the rheological properties of metal injection molding feed found that the main indicators for evaluating the rheological properties of MIM feedstock are the viscosity and viscosity of feedstock, which are sensitive to strain and temperature. These indexes can be unified with MIM Feed rheological analysis of the comprehensive evaluation. The rheological properties of several Fe-Ni and W-Ni-Fe alloys with different binder compositions were studied by using this evaluation factor.
