为了探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血浆生长抑素(SS)水平的变化,及其与HIE时神经系统症状之间的关系,用放射免疫分析方法,测定了26例新生儿HIE病人急性期与恢复期血浆SS,并测定了24例足月健康新生儿出生时脐血SS浓度。结果显示HIE急性期SS水平明显增高,与对照组及恢复期有明显差异(P<0.01),且HTE的严重程度与血浆SS水平正相关。上述结果提示:生长抑素在HIE的发展过程中是一种重要的化学介质,并对HIE严重程度的判断提供重要线索。
In order to investigate the changes of plasma somatostatin (SS) levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and their relationship with the neurological symptoms at HIE, 26 neonates were determined by radioimmunoassay HIE patients with acute and convalescent plasma SS, and 24 cases of full-term healthy newborns at birth cord blood SS concentration. The results showed that acute phase of HIE significantly increased the level of SS, with the control group and recovery period were significantly different (P <0.01), and the severity of HTE and plasma SS levels were positively correlated. The above results suggest that somatostatin is an important chemical mediator in the development of HIE and provides an important clue for judging the severity of HIE.
