针对目前我国制造业上的动态配料称重控制系统,设计出一种以PLC为主控模块,集成称重传感器和相应控制装置的智能控制系统。采用模糊理论和PID控制算法对配料过程进行自动优化和控制,并通过具体仿真实验测试其工作性能。结果表明,相对于传统PID控制算法,模糊自适应整定PID控制算法获得了更优的配料称重控制效果,明显提高了配料准确度,解决了配料称重过程中速度与准确度的矛盾。
Aiming at the dynamic ingredient weighing control system in the manufacturing industry in China, an intelligent control system is designed with PLC as main control module, integrated load cell and corresponding control device. Using fuzzy theory and PID control algorithm to automatically optimize and control the process of ingredients, and through specific simulation tests to test its performance. The results show that, compared with the traditional PID control algorithm, the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm obtains better control effect of the ingredients weighing, obviously improves the accuracy of the ingredients and solves the contradiction between the speed and the accuracy of the ingredients weighing process.
