本文研究了一种缓慢递增的膨胀压力(由SCA-2型膨胀剂水化产生的)在不同脆性固体介质(包括混凝土材料)钻孔中产生的劈裂强度、膨胀力的模拟实验.得出膨胀力取决于限制膨胀的固体介质的弹性模量的结论.导出了自由面效应和爆破钻孔间距的计算公式。同时分析和探讨了劈裂机理.
In this paper, a simulation experiment was conducted to investigate the splitting strength and expansion force of a slowly increasing swelling pressure (resulting from the hydration of SCA-2 expansion agent) in boreholes of different brittle solid media (including concrete materials). The expansion force depends on the conclusion that the elastic modulus of the expanded solid medium is limited. The formulas for the free surface effect and the distance between blasting holes have been derived. Simultaneous analysis and discussion of the cleavage mechanism.
