在鼓泡塔内,蒸馏条件下,实验研究了吸附剂细粉(小于10μm)对气液两相传质的影响。所用的吸附剂为4A和13X分子筛。实验发现在固含率ε_m不高于10%且对较低沸点组分有强烈吸附作用的吸附剂颗粒可以强化气液两相传质,提出了吸剂细粉强化传质的机理。根据渗透理论和对吸附等温线的线性化处理,导出相应的数学的模型,模型计算值与实验结果比较吻合。
In a bubble column, under the condition of distillation, the effect of adsorbent fine powder (less than 10μm) on gas-liquid two-phase mass transfer was experimentally studied. The adsorbents used are 4A and 13X molecular sieves. It was found that the adsorbent particles with solid content εm not higher than 10% and strong adsorption to lower boiling point components could enhance the mass transfer in gas-liquid two-phase system. According to the theory of infiltration and the linearization of the adsorption isotherm, the corresponding mathematical model is deduced. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental results.
