文章对900名普通高校非体育专业大学生的太极拳学习动机的现状,进行了问卷调查,通过对问卷进行处理、分析,描述参加太极拳运动的学习动机;用方差分析和卡方检验等方法,找出影响太极拳学习动机的因素,并通过问卷调查以及运用心理学和教育学理论分析论证。根据所得出的结论提出了高校太极拳教学中如何激发和维持大学生太极拳学习动机的各项对策与建议。从而促进高校太极拳课程教学效果与质量的进一步提高,也为高校体育教学和课程改革提供有益的参考。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of Taijiquan motivation of 900 non-sports majors in ordinary colleges and universities, and analyzes and describes the motivation of participating in tai chi exercise through the questionnaire. By means of analysis of variance and chi-square test, Find out the factors that affect the motivation of Taiji study, and through the questionnaire survey and the use of psychology and pedagogy theory analysis and demonstration. According to the conclusion, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to stimulate and maintain the motivation of college students’ shadowboxing in Taijiquan teaching. So as to promote the further improvement of the teaching effect and quality of college Taijiquan teaching, and also provide useful reference for PE teaching and curriculum reform in colleges and universities.
