近年来,自治区党委、政府将保障性住房建设作为重大民生工程,通过创新融资渠道、优先落实保障性住房建设用地、出台规章制度等措施,千方百计推进保障性住房建设,帮助低收入群众圆了“安居梦”。随着我区保障性安居工程的大步推进,我区采取哪些措施来保障这一重大民生工程顺利建设,成效如何?2014年全区保障房建设进度如何,还有哪些亟待解决的问题?就此,我们专访了自治区住房和城乡建设厅厅长严世明。
