目的观察鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中pI3K、p-Akt和PTEN表达,探讨它们在鼻咽癌发生中的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例NPC组织和23例鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中pI3K、p-Akt和PTEN的表达。结果NPC与慢性炎症组pI3K的表达率分别为86.7%(52/60)和60.9%(14/23)(P<0.05);p-Akt表达率分别为76.7%(46/60)和47.8%(11/23)(P<0.05);PTEN的表达率分别为41.7%(25/60)和65.2%(15/23)(P<0.01)。pI3K/p-Akt表达率NPC组明显高于慢性炎症组;PTEN表达率NPC组明显低于慢性炎症组,二组表达均与PTEN表达呈负相关。结论pI3K/Akt信号通路的激活、PTEN的抑制,可能在鼻咽癌的发生中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of pI3K, p-Akt and PTEN in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to explore their roles in the carcinogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of pI3K, p-Akt and PTEN in 60 NPC tissues and 23 nasopharyngeal chronic inflammatory tissues. Results The expression rates of pI3K in NPC and chronic inflammation group were 86.7% (52/60) and 60.9% (14/23) respectively (P <0.05), and the expression rates of p-Akt were 76.7% (46/60) and 47.8% (11/23) (P <0.05). The expression rates of PTEN were 41.7% (25/60) and 65.2% (15/23) respectively (P <0.01). The expression of pI3K / p-Akt in NPC group was significantly higher than that in chronic inflammation group. The expression of PTEN in NPC group was significantly lower than that in chronic inflammation group. The expression of PTEN in both groups was negatively correlated. Conclusion The activation of pI3K / Akt signaling pathway and the inhibition of PTEN may play an important role in the pathogenesis of NPC.
