目的探讨加巴喷丁不同用法治疗老年带状疱疹急性期神经痛的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年1月收治的带状疱疹急性期神经痛患者120例,随机分为A组和B组各60例,两组均口服加巴喷丁,A组第1天晚上服用0.3 mg,第2天早、中晚均0.3 mg,第3天早、中、晚各0.3 mg,此后维持此剂量。B组第1天早、中、晚各0.1 mg,第2天早、中、晚各0.2 mg,第3天早、中、晚各0.3 mg,此后维持此剂量。比较两组疗效及不良反应的发生率。计数资料采用χ2,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 B组总有效率90.00%,A组85.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组不良反应发生率15.00%,明显低于A组的58.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用加巴喷丁治疗老年带状疱疹急性期神经痛的剂量第1天早、中、晚各100 mg,第2天早、中、晚各200 mg,第3天早、中、晚各300 mg,此后维持此剂量的加量方法的治疗效果更好,患者不良反应较小,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of gabapentin in treating acute neuralgia of elderly herpes zoster by different ways. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute phase neuralgia admitted from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into group A and group B, 60 cases each. Both groups received oral gabapentin. Group A received 0.3 mg, the morning of the second day, the mid-evening of 0.3 mg, the third day of morning, middle and late each 0.3 mg, thereafter to maintain this dose. On day 1 of group B, 0.1 mg was given in morning, middle and evening, 0.2 mg in morning, middle and late on day 2, and 0.3 mg in morning, middle and late on day 3, respectively. The incidence of side effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Count data using χ2, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in group B and 85.00% in group A, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 15.00%, significantly lower than 58.33% in group A There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The dosage of gabapentin in the treatment of acute phase neuralgia of senile herpes zoster in the first day is 100 mg on the first day, 200 mg on the second day, 300 mg on the third day, 300 mg on the third day, , Since then to maintain the dosage of this dose method of treatment is better, less adverse reactions in patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
